I just came back from lunch with some teachers and I came to a conclusion that I like the Pepsi better here in Thailand than in America. I’ve always been a Coca Cola fan (my guilty pleasure), but maybe because soda from the bottle tastes so much better, I’ve been drinking Pepsi a lot over here. So bad, but so good…especially with Thai food. Today, I ate som tum kai kem (papaya salad with salted egg), yum woon sen (spicy glass noodle salad with calamari & shrimp), khao niao (sticky rice), khao pad (fried ice) and fried pork rinds. Hashtag I’m obsessed with Thai food. ‘off to food coma lala-land while finalizing grades for my 700+ students……
